Does a deck need a permit?
In most municipalities — yes, if it's over 108 sq ft or more than 24" off the ground. We handle the permit.
How long does it take to build a deck?
A 400 sq ft deck takes about 7–10 working days. Depends on design and material.
Which decking material should I choose?
Pressure-treated is the most affordable. Cedar looks great in cottage country. Composite costs more upfront but never needs staining. We'll help you pick for your budget and site.
Do you repair old decks?
Yes. We assess first — sometimes it's a board replacement, sometimes a full rebuild.
Do you take on small renovation jobs?
Yes. No minimum project size.
